Day 1 Salalah

Day 2 East Salalah

The countryside east of Salalah is sprinkled with historical and scenic highlights.
Taqah Castle
Taqa Castle is one of Dhofar’s most distinguished landmarks, which was built in the 19th century. Its walls were
constructed from solid blocks of ‘Taqa Stone’, a local limestone material composed chiefly of fossilized shells
and corals
Wadi Darbat
The seasonal waterfalls, a spring where you can do pedal boating, kayaking and motor boating overlooking the
mountain of Jabal Qara series. A trip to Salalah is incomplete without visiting this beautiful valley and it is one
of the most visited place in Dhofar Region.
Jabal Samhan
Jabal Samhan is the highest point in Dhofar region, which is above 4000 feet. It’s a perfect place for a recording
timelapse and taking photographs of clouds being over it.

Day 3 West Salalah

The West Salalah is a mezmerising half day tour that includes Mughsail Beach, Blowholes, Ittin Cave Park,
Prophet Ayub Tomb (Job) & Frankincense Park.
Mughsail Beach
The next stop will be one of the most visited place in Dhofar – the white sand beach of Al Mughsayl. The
landscape of this place is simply amazing, the mountains at the background, sound of the waves of the Arabian
sea, man-made huts and natural coconut trees providing the shades and the endless sand to walk on.
Mughsail Blowholes / Marneef Cave
Mughsail Blowholes (geysers or Natural Fountain) are 50 steps away from the Marneef Cave. During Khareef
season, due to high tides and rough sea, the blow hole water jets are as high as 28 meters in the sky
Frankincense Garden
Frankincense is a resin extracted from these Boswellia Sacra tree. Omani frankincense is graded as the best in
the world

Day 4 Rub' al Khali- Desert Experience

The closest desert to Salalah, which is the largest sand desert in the world, is called Rub' al Khali which means
“Empty Quarter”. Discover the lost city of Ubar, a UNESCO World Heritage site, on this overnight stay in the
Rab Al Khali desert. Depart Salalah for the Al Qara Mountains before reaching the "Atlantis of the Sand".
Stargaze as darkness falls over the Bedouin camp.

Day 5 Salalah City Tour

Salalah serves up everything from impressive mosques to archaeological treasures, museums, markets, and
palm-fringed beaches. Sultan Qaboos Mosque is the largest mosque in Salalah, named after the King of Oman.
This is a iconic Islamic Architecture and a must see when in Salalah. Al Hosn Palace is the palace of the Sultan of
Oman, it's not allowed to enter inside but from outside it will be shown. Al-Husn Souq
also know as Haffa Souq, it is a traditional market which sells perfumes, clothes, souvenirs and the famous
Frankincense.
